Terms of Service

Welcome to The Someday Post. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of The Someday Post website and service (“Service”) operated by The Someday Post (“we,” “us,” or “our”), based in the Republic of Korea.

By accessing or using The Someday Post, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

The Someday Post is an AI-powered service that allows users to:

• Conduct a simulated interview with an AI interviewer about their future goals and dreams
• Receive a personalized motivational story generated by artificial intelligence
• Save, share, and publish their AI-generated articles

All articles generated by The Someday Post are entirely fictional. They are creative, AI-generated stories based on what users choose to share. They do not represent real events, real achievements, or real news reporting.

To generate and save articles, you must create an account. You may sign in using Google OAuth. By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 16 years old to use The Someday Post. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

You agree to use The Someday Post only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Submit content that is false, defamatory, or likely to mislead others into believing it is real news
• Submit content that contains hate speech, violence, sexual content, or material that violates the rights of others
• Impersonate real individuals, public figures, or organizations in a way that could cause harm or confusion
• Use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the Service or its AI systems
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without our written consent
• Share AI-generated articles in a way that presents them as real news or factual reporting

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines without prior notice.

User Liability — Users are solely responsible for the distribution of content. The Someday Post is an AI simulation platform, and misrepresenting generated content as factual news to deceive third parties is strictly prohibited. You bear full responsibility for any consequences, including legal liability, that arise from such misuse.

Your Input — You retain ownership of the information and stories you submit during interviews. By submitting content, you grant The Someday Post a limited license to use it solely for the purpose of generating your article and operating the Service.

AI-Generated Articles — Articles generated by The Someday Post are created by artificial intelligence based on your input. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use, share, and display your generated articles for personal, non-commercial purposes. For personal and non-commercial use only. Commercial use, unauthorized reproduction, or resale of this content is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to advertising, marketing materials, or publication as real news.

Public Articles — If you choose to make your article public, you grant The Someday Post the right to display it on the platform. Public articles are anonymized before publication to protect your personal information.

The Someday Post Content — The Someday Post name, logo, design, and all platform content not generated by users are owned by The Someday Post and may not be used without permission.

The Someday Post offers the following plans:

• Free — 1 story included at no cost, for the lifetime of the account
• Single Story — $1.99 one-time purchase, 3 stories that never expire
• Story Pack — $4.99 one-time purchase, 10 stories that never expire

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider (Lemon Squeezy, Merchant of Record). By purchasing, you authorize the applicable one-time charge to your payment method.

All paid plans are one-time purchases. The Someday Post does not currently offer any subscription or recurring billing. Story credits never expire and are tied to your account.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect credits you have already purchased.

The Someday Post is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• AI-generated articles will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose
• The Service will meet your specific expectations

AI-generated articles are fictional stories. They should not be relied upon as factual, professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Someday Post shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

The Someday Post is not responsible for any personal information you voluntarily include in your articles or choose to share via public articles or share links. You assume full responsibility for any content you choose to make public or share.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of The Someday Post after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
