Terms of Service

Welcome to The Someday Post. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of The Someday Post website and service (“Service”) operated by The Someday Post (“we,” “us,” or “our”), based in the Republic of Korea.

By accessing or using The Someday Post, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

The Someday Post is an AI-powered service that allows users to:

• Conduct a simulated interview with an AI interviewer about their future goals and dreams
• Receive a front page — a fictional newspaper article written by AI from their answers
• Save, share, and publish their AI-generated articles

Front page — In these Terms, a “front page” means one completed interview, the one AI-generated article produced from it, and the Future Bridge emails sent until the date you chose. The front page is the unit in which the Service is saved, shared, and purchased; one front page credit creates one front page.

All articles generated by The Someday Post are entirely fictional. They are creative, AI-generated stories based on what users choose to share. They do not represent real events, real achievements, or real news reporting.

You can try your first interview without an account. To save, share, or buy front pages, you must sign in. You can sign in with your Google account. By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 16 years old to use The Someday Post. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

You agree to use The Someday Post only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Submit defamatory content, or present a front page as real news to mislead others
• Submit content that contains hate speech, violence, sexual content, or material that violates the rights of others
• Impersonate real individuals, public figures, or organizations in a way that could cause harm or confusion
• Enter personal information about other people — their names, photos, contact details, health, finances, or private circumstances — without their consent. The interview is about you; other people appear only as you choose to describe them, and that choice is yours to answer for
• Use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the Service or its AI systems
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without our written consent
• Share AI-generated articles in a way that presents them as real news or factual reporting

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines without prior notice.

User liability — Users are solely responsible for the distribution of content. The Someday Post is an AI simulation platform, and misrepresenting generated content as factual news to deceive third parties is strictly prohibited. You bear full responsibility for any consequences, including legal liability, that arise from such misuse.

Information about others — We cannot verify whether the people you mention have agreed to appear in your story, and we cannot obtain their consent for you. By including anyone other than yourself, you confirm that you have the right to do so and you accept responsibility toward that person for the result. Our automatic masking of personal names applies only to articles you publish on the platform; it does not apply to your original article or to any copy you take elsewhere.

Your input — You retain ownership of the information and stories you submit during interviews. By submitting content, you grant The Someday Post a limited license to use it solely for the purpose of generating your article and operating the Service.

AI-generated articles — Articles generated by The Someday Post are created by artificial intelligence based on your input. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use, share, and display your generated articles for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial use — including advertising and marketing materials — requires our prior written consent. Unauthorized reproduction or resale is prohibited, and presenting a front page as real news is always prohibited.

Public articles — If you choose to make your article public, you grant The Someday Post the right to display it on the platform. Public articles are anonymized before publication to protect your personal information.

Copies outside the service — Once you screenshot, download, copy, or repost an article, a share card, or any part of them outside The Someday Post, that copy is beyond our control. The AI disclosure and watermark can be cropped away, and the anonymization applied to public articles does not apply to copies of your original. You are solely responsible for where such copies go and for any harm they cause to you or to others, and you must not remove or obscure the AI disclosure or watermark on content you distribute.

Personal links — You can also share a front page with a personal link. A personal link shows your front page as it is — your name, any photo you uploaded, and your story — without the anonymization applied to the Newsstand. You create one for each front page separately, after confirming what it shows. Anyone with the link can open it and pass it on; it is not listed on the Newsstand and is marked so that search engines do not index it. It shows the current version of your front page, including later revisions, until you turn it off or delete the front page. You can turn a personal link off at any time from the share window; the link, its preview image, and its share card then stop working, and sharing again creates a new link. Copies, screenshots, and social media previews made while the link was on cannot be pulled back. You may create a personal link only for a front page about yourself, and only if you have permission from anyone else named or pictured in it. Anyone can use the Report link on the page to report a personal link, and we may suspend personal links at any time.

The Someday Post content — The Someday Post name, logo, design, and all platform content not generated by users are owned by The Someday Post and may not be used without permission.

The Someday Post offers the following plans:

• Free — 1 front page at no cost, once per account
• 1 Front Page — $1.99 one-time purchase, 1 front page that never expires
• 3 Front Pages — $4.99 one-time purchase, 3 front pages that never expire

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider (Lemon Squeezy, Merchant of Record). By purchasing, you authorize the applicable one-time charge to your payment method.

All paid plans are one-time purchases. The Someday Post does not currently offer any subscription or recurring billing. Front page credits never expire and are tied to your account.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect credits you have already purchased.

The Someday Post is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• AI-generated articles will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose
• The Service will meet your specific expectations

AI-generated articles are fictional stories. They should not be relied upon as factual, professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Someday Post shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

The Someday Post is not responsible for any personal information — your own or anyone else’s — that you voluntarily include in your interviews or articles, or choose to share via public articles, share links, or copies made outside the Service. You assume full responsibility for any content you choose to make public or share.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of The Someday Post after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
