A front page credit is only used after your front page has been generated successfully. If something goes wrong on our end, you keep the credit — no questions asked.
Unused front page credits can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Once a front page has been generated, that credit is no longer refundable. Note that deleting your account forfeits any unused credits — please request a refund before deleting. Contact support@somedaypost.com and we're happy to help.
