This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use The Someday Post. By using our service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
The Someday Post is built on the principle that your story belongs to you. We collect only what we need to deliver the service, and we never sell your personal information to third parties.

Section 2
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
We do not use your interview content or personal stories for AI model training without your explicit consent.
Section 2-B

Section 3-B
The Someday Post is operated from the Republic of Korea. Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States, through our service providers:
These providers maintain appropriate safeguards for international data transfers, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where applicable.
For EEA users: by using The Someday Post, you acknowledge that your data will be transferred to and processed in countries that may not provide the same level of data protection as your home country.
Section 4
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service.
When you delete your account, all your personal data, articles, and images are permanently deleted from our systems. To prevent abuse of our free tier, a non-reversible hash of your email address and your free article usage count are retained for 30 days after account deletion, after which they are automatically purged. This hashed data cannot be used to identify you or recover your email address.
Section 5
Under Korean Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable privacy laws, you have the following rights:
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at privacy@myfuturemirror.app.
Section 5-B
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have additional rights under the GDPR:
We will respond to all data subject requests within 30 days, as required by GDPR.
Section 5-C
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) provide you with additional rights:
The Someday Post does not sell, rent, or share your personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration. We do not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising.

The Someday Post uses cookies for authentication, service operation, and aggregate analytics. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not allow third-party ad networks to track you through our service.
We do not display advertisements and do not allow advertisers to track you through our service.
Section 7
The Someday Post is not intended for users under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. This threshold complies with GDPR requirements for minors. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the service. Your continued use of The Someday Post after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
